Sunny spells lifted the temperature to 21.0C today (+7.4C above ELTA).
This is the second time already this year I've managed 21C! Downside is that it is uncomfortably sticky with dewpoint around 15C and RH 70% meaning that even just walking makes me sweaty. Nice to be indoors actually in this heat and humidity. Still, cooler air on the way, which I will welcome, even if it is going to be wet, LOL. Warmest day of the year so far here in the Otter Valley with 24.9C. A lovely evening; warm and humid with hardly a breath of wind. Cold beer and a lie in the hammock methinks. Currently at 20:25, 18.8C, RH 69%, DP 13.0C, 1013.3 mb (F), Wind calm var, 5.2 hours of sunshine today. ________________ Nick G Otter Valley, Devon 83 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |
