Village fete here today as well, guess what, it's raining.
Think I'll follow Philip's lead, only we'll have guess which month the next
dry day will be in.

It was 19.3°C. You came about 12th but I've not seen
your 40p yet, Jon! My contribution to the main fund was
just under £15. I suppose I could have forked out that
much myself and saved myself three hours, but it was
actually a very pleasant afternoon in all respects. I also
did a "Find out the weather on the day you were born"
and I was surprised how many people were more than
happy to tell me exactly how old they were!
