No Aug maximum below 20C?

Coldest day was on the 16th with a max of 18.5 and a min of 12.6 and 1.7 mm rain. My lowest max here in Leicester is 21.1 on 19th. My average for the month is dropping, but is still 20.8. (non-standard exposure, but usually pretty close to local stations).
