RMK: Fog appeared quickly around 2130z Mon
and has presumably been continuous since. Surprised
there isn't more rime and hoar, but the dewpoint
depression this morning is quite large for fog, and
hard surfaces remain dry.

1150z ESE F3-4 3200m HZ 1St008 5Ci250 02.9/00.3 1025.6
RMK: Fog lifted quickly between 0930 and 1000z; intmt sun
from 1030z, now continuous. Quite a confused cirrusy sky
with elements probably at several different levels. Sharp wind.
