More heavy rain overnight giving 16.5mm (AWS)

Add to that 43.7mm yesterday and 14.3mm on Friday, we have an event total of
76.5mm (AWS) since 1600 Friday.
Needless to say the moor is saturated and today's heavy showers are going to
add to that. Still a bit of sun to look forward to while we are fording
grin the rivers on our walk.

Temp. 11.9C and the wind has dropped out at last.

The clearance is just getting to us in Dawlish. A very wet 24 hours.
The upside is that my water butt is full. The downside is I have
absolutely no need whatsoever to water any plants! As I type sunshine
is breaking across the back lawn and it is as if a weight has been
lifted.

For the tennis, it's a case of when this clearance will reach
Wimbledon, for it will be raining there soon. After that, the
afternoon could be interrupted by showers. The "exceptional deluges"
haven't occurred.
