Default over hyped rain in the East and South East

says it all really all hype whilst I agree its raining since about 9'ish AM
its mostly very light or continuous light drizzle with even bright spells in
west London. I think this is same for further north of London too. I guess
its all tipped out across the south west. Took long enough to even arrive
here as well this morning.
