Icily cold in Brussels: -10.5°C minimum lowest since 1997

Clear sky and unbroken sunshine but bitterly cold. Light NE to ENE
wind.

Overnight minimum at Uccle fell to -10.5°C just after dawn. This is
the lowest minimum there since 2nd February 1997 when -14.0°C was
recorded, and the first minimum under -10°C since that date.

Airport -11°C.
