"If El Niño conditions continue to mature, as now projected by NOAA, global temperatures are likely to exceed previous record highs." .... reminds me of the episode of 'Yes, Prime Minister', where the Foreign Office 'mole' in No10 buries the Indian Ocean Situation Report at the bottom of the last 'Red Box' that the PM is to read (great episode).
