Default S.Essex record monthly rainfall

Not noteworthy in the scale of current events but November has now passed my
previously highest monthly total so that is since at least July 2005 when I
started recording. Stands at 94.4mm at this point in time and so 100 mm is
on the cards. Ground conditions here are still ok following the previously
long dry spell.
