Default Hurricane ... Alex ... June rarity

" MIAMI, June 29 (UPI) -- Alex Tuesday became the first
hurricane of the 2010 season and the first June hurricane since
1955, forecasters in Miami said."

.... I hadn't realised that it was so long since we had an (Atlantic?)
hurricane in June.

Martin.
