Default Copley warm night, or was it?

Hi, All,
We don't get many nights 15C + in these parts but 21Z-09Z this morning was
15.1C min. However, yesterday 09Z reading was 9.9C after a cold night with
ground frost, so the official Copley min 09Z-09Z stands at 9.9C
Lies, damned lies and statistics.
Ken
Copley,
Teesdale
