Default Torrential rain and floods in Essex.

The North of the region has had torrential rain last evening and through
the night leading to road closures and severe flooding with several
rivers bursting their banks. This of course was an area severely
affected by the drought. Some places have already had over 50mm for May
alone!
Only 3mm here in the South of the County though.
Dave, S.Essex
