My runner beans are only just flowering. LOL I tried basil in a pot in a
sheltered sunny spot outside a couple of years ago, it was interesting
watching the young plants valiantly struggle against the wet and cool, I did
get a couple of leaves before they withered away. I like to push boundaries
:-)

I'm waiting for the seasonal winter forecasts to come out. I was
planning to dig out the summer forecasts that I printed off earlier in
the year and analyse who was closest in the end.
