Dartmoor looking like the Alps this morning, from my view at work in Newton Abbot, now that the cloud base has lifted slightly.

Hi David, it is simply stunning up here now the light has improved. Shirt sleeve weather in the warm sunshine too! :-) Yet more snow tomorrow. I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that you are completely bonkers Will, lol.

I am :-) Had my lunchtime coffee sat outside on the terrace looking over Lyme Bay. I did have a fleece on though. LOL Now that the sun has come out, Dartmoor is looking stunning from Newton Abbot. Superb on Hay Tor this afternoon on the dog walk David. No wind, warm sunshine and still deep snow with drifts. Also there is now a lot of ice, on parts of the summit you cannot walk without crampons, nearly went arse over head a couple of times which was funny! It just felt so marvellous and privileged to be up there today, low humidity and warm sunshine over snow cover was uplifting. Different story tomorrow grin Will -- http://www.lyneside.demon.co.uk/Hayt...antage_Pro.htm Will Hand (Haytor, Devon, 1017 feet asl) --------------------------------------------- |
