Dull and near freezing in Brussels after early sleet/wet snow
 

Brussels on Sunday 10th March 2013

Light sleet and wet snow at first this morning. Scattered patches of lying snow soon thawed. Dry but dull and cold from mid-morning onwards. Wind veered gradually from light W in the early morning to light to moderate NE by mid-afternoon.
