"As much as 25 per cent of the sun's energy back into space". I know some solar panels are huge but this seems far fetched. And it is April 1?

Not as bad as the TWO attempt which first of all was published on the
31st March (first mistake) and tried to say that the cold was due to the
Polar Ice Cap moving towards London. Now there are few gullable weather
agencies out there but ..........
