I like the idea that something is going to be "potentially historical".
I think they could mean "historic" (= memorable), but I suppose they
could mean "hysterical"!

I think they must have Dr. Who as a consultant with this predicting what
might potentially already have happened in the past weather!
Still I can see you can have a bet on it - so they're a bookies come
weatherforecasting agency - great!
