Mostly cloudy. Light rain from mid-morning became moderate for a time around midday but stopped in the early afternoon. Some breaks in the cloud and brief bright intervals at the end of the afternoon, but further light showers from mid-evening onwards: it is raining now at 22.15 local time. Rather cold. Light to moderate SW wind veered WNW during the afternoon and NW in the evening.
