Sun height & sunrise/set times
 
Slightly OT, but might be useful for sightlines if you have sun recorders.

Found this interesting little utility website for showing the above :

The above is just the location it defaults to.

It uses google maps. I've already tried looking up Ny Alesund.

For photography purposes I use an app on my phone, these are really excellent tools. Sun Surveyor is my favourite, available from the usual app stores - and free!!!

At Solstice the sun follows the mountains and hills south of the Abergele, North Wales. At Solar Noon the suns directs you to the gas bed offshore.
