Bright and warm in Brussels but cloudy in the middle of the day

Bright for much of the morning but high and medium-level cloud increased
steadily and it was mainly cloudy from late morning until mid-afternoon.
Cloud then thinned and decreased again with lengthening sunny periods.
Mostly clear through the evening. Warm in the sunshine with a light
to moderate S to SW wind.
