Just heard the 0030 R4 forecast. The sole mention of temperature for the whole UK tomorrow was as follows: "Temperatures? 17 to 25 should just about cover it". Usually does at this time of year, Phil baby. This is just rubbish and there's quite lot of it.

I find him annoying - it's all patter. This is not the worst I've ever heard, which came from Suzanne Charlton during a cold spell in the 90's, possibly Dec 1995. The overnight minimum for Scotland was to be simply "-3 to -16". I nearly fell off the chair but nowadays it induces no more than a roll of the eyes. Sad.
