Default [CC] 2nd warmest August globally.

According to the latest GISS figures
(http://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/ta...LB.Ts+dSST.txt) the
anomaly from 1951-80 for this August was +0.81C, just below last year's
record of +0.82C.

The 12-month mean from September to August was also +0.81C which is
0.08C higher than the previous highest for this period (ending Aug
2010) and 0.06C higher than any previous 12-month period (Jan-Dec
2014).

For this year not to be warmer than 2014 (the current record-holder)
the next four months will have to be colder by 0.1C than the coldest
month this year.
