Default Yesterday morning's sunrise

Some photos of yesterday morning's sunrise are at

http://lynagh.magix.net/album/all-albums/!/oa/7320752/

They were taken through my office window and it seems that the auto-focus didn't
do as well as it might have done. Nevertheless, they do show the colours very
well. It was the best that I have seen for quite some time.

Simply lovely. Thanks for sharing Norman.

Lovely skies. I've had problems with auto-focus when clouds are not
sharply-defined so I lower my aim to something like a tree in the
distance to click on for the auto-focus and then raise the camera to
point at the main target before completing the shot. Problem is, that
also leads to some under-exposure.

By the way, Norman, your sig was prefixed by '--' instead of '-- ' so
auto-delete didn't work.

Nice to be reminded of pastoral England from time to time. How far the fallen had fallen from this sort of thing:

In the bleak midwinter, listen to them moan,
Earth stood soft with mire, water in each home;
Snow had fallen, snow on snow, some time ago,
In the bleak midwinter, long ago.
Oops! wrong one. For not quite the same thing, try this:

I think our neighbour might object about having his telephone cut off :-) I
suppose I could remove it in Photoshop but life's a bit too short for that!
