RMK: It's been raining for most of the day, much of it slight
but a few brief bursts of moderate. A double-structured cold
front (clearly visible on the radar) went through in the early
afternoon. The first part went through at 1320z. The second
part, which was the stronger, went through at 1350z with a
brief burst of heavy rain.Max temp 11.4 but it's been much
nicer this afternoon with the polar maritime air back. No
sunshine, though.
