Gust front has just passed over here with thunder, lightning, rain
intensity 72mm/h for a few minutes and fence-threatening gusts! In the 2 years of running my VP2 (anemometer at 3m almost surrounded by houses) the previous high gust was 34 mph, this one just hit 39mph. Considering this is the night *before* the storm, interesting! -- Dave Fareham (W). |
