It was missing on Netweather for a while this afternoon (they were showing yesterday's imagery!) but it came back a few minutes ago. -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. http://peakdistrictweather.org |

Some thunder which appears to be very localised according to https://www.lightningmaps.org/ but some torrential rain for a short period. Good to have some intesresting weather to talk about rather than other things! -- Col Bolton, Lancashire 160m asl Snow videos: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3QvmL4UWBmHFMKWiwYm_gg |

Still a problem at 14:20 GMT on this feed https://max.nwstatic.co.uk/tiles3/20...20/6/15/10.png If the radar units are anything like the tide-gauges around the country then probably lack of maintainence to the cables , letting rain in, not seawater. |
