I am a liitle confussed as to when the wm918 calculates daily
rainfall. As the rain falls, is it suppose to display this as an on-going figure or do you have to wait until after midnight to read the previous day's total? |

If it's like the WMR928 (and it almost certainly is), then it doesn't give a value for today's ongoing rainfall. It gives the current rate, yesterday's total, and the total since the last reset. So basically, yes, you have to wait until after midnight to see yesterday's total. Or note the total figure at midnight and subtract it from the current total to get today's current rainfall (or get some software to do it for you). Seems like a strange decision by the manufacturer, if you ask me. Steve |
