this morning. Hard surfaces are dry.

RMK: After the sunny start, cloud spread across from NNE by
the end of the morning. The afternoon was mostly cloudy. It
was dry during the daylight hours but there's been occasional
very slight snow showers since 1610z. There's a faint dusting
of fresh snow on the ground. Max temp +1.0°. I've had the
lurgy today so I didn't venture out. However, I am reliably
informed that it was perishing in the wind which was
gusting up to 25 knots in the afternoon.
