GISS global temperature anomaly for last month was +0.78C relative to
1951-80 normal, the same as January. This puts it behind 2016, 2017, 2015, 2010, and level with 1995. The 12-month anomaly ending in February was +0.85C, in 3rd place after same period ending in 2017 and 2016. I've updated the graph at http://www.scarlet-jade.com/science/...e-change/#data but is currently showing the January data instead of February. Don't know why this is happening but perhaps it will catch up soon. Could be due to recent changes to my web host. They've also just switched my e-mail accounts and I've received nearly 5,000 e-mails again for one account alone. I may have to re-delete getting on for 10,000 e-mails. [Benton Fraser] OS: Linux [openSUSE Tumbleweed] The temperature in the Arctic north of 80 degrees has had a big turnaround since February when it was over 20C above normal. Now it is only 0.2 C degrees! http://ocean.dmi.dk/arctic/plots/mea...meanT_2018.png |

Missed 1998 so that knocks it down to 6= 1998, 2015, 2010, and level with 1995. The 12-month anomaly ending in February was +0.85C, in 3rd place after same period ending in 2017 and 2016.
