Have just found my uk.sci.weather listing (via NTL) completely flooded
(over 4000 posts) with nonsense postings ... anyone else had this?

Yes, we're being flood-bombed. A few servers are filtering it, however
(news.individual.net for one) so for a lot of us it's 'over'.

I'm with NTL and have had the same problem - I've reported the offender via
Spamcop. His server seems free so they have clearly blocked the source so
I'll use this for the time being. Might be worth the supscription cost.

I'm with NTL and have had the same problem - I've reported the offender

news.individual.net is filtering, however my giganews feed from Nildram is
not.

has gone quiet,
