Default Severe weather warning

IoM do have their own Met service - see https://www.gov.im/weather/. They don't currently have any warnings. As far as I'm aware they do their own warnings. Note too that it's coloured grey as is the Irish Republic

As for the area of the warning, how detailed do you want it? After all, coastlines are fractals! The areas used to be hand drawn, but I don't know if they still are. And do you want the Scottish Islands to have separate warning areas - that would get messy.
