Sunny start but a steady development of convective cloud during the morning.. More generally cloudy from early afternoon, and eventually overcast. Light showers after 18.00 local time.

Heavy shower at 19.45 accompanied by a squally wind, and a single close bright flash of lightning and a long loud rumble of thunder. Mostly moderate SSW wind veered abruptly WSW in the storm and gusted to 64 km/hr (35 kn) at Uccle. Temperature fell from 11.0°C at 20.00 to 7.9°C at 21.00.
