Mod/hvy rain yesterday evening turned to mod/hvy snow just after 2100z. The snow died out in the early hours of this morning. It's a cloudy, fresh morning with 5 cm of lying snow. 0900z 21011g26kt 30km 5Sc010 +01.0/-00.2 978 RMK: Cloud breaks are developing allowing some sunny intervals. There's 5 cm of lying snow and untreated roads have icy stretches.
