RMK: A cloudy day. Dry during the morning after the early
drizzle. Rain at times from early afternoon, occasionally
moderate after 1445z. Max temp 9.1C and we had 0.2 hours
of sunshine. Ther's still many snow drifts along the walls but
they are shrinking fast. The deepest now are probably not
much more than about 50 cm but most are a lot less than
that.
