SYNOP: 12970 30402 10111 20101 40161 57008 60002 80001 333 20079 83075= Dry clear night, apart from thin altocumulus and cirrus at times. Good visibility. Surface wind SE-SSW F2-3 becoming NE-E F1-2 after 1800z.
