Persistent low cloud through the morning with light drizzle in the air mid-morning. Brighter after midday, with breaking cloud and sunny intervals, and decreasing cloud and lengthening sunny spells from mid-afternoon. Cooler than yesterday. Light WSW wind in the morning veered light to moderate W after midday, and then NNW in the late afternoon.
