Default [WR] St Albans

The current cool weather has resulted in the mean October temperature to
be below the long term average; this is the first month this has
happened since October 2002 . Still to see an air frost this autumn; the
minimum of 0.7° is the lowest so far. Only 10.4mm of rain so far this
month which is more than the total for either August and September.
