Default Hot and killer thunder in Finland

Hottest day this summer so far, +33.3C in Mietoinen near Turku (SW
Finland).

One person died, seven were injured when a lightning hit a tree at the
beach in Merikarvia some 120 km north of Turku.

Yesterday, several reports of downbursts and squalls causing forest
damage. And the heat wave continues.
