Ladies & gentlemen,
For a couple of days I can't reach the following sites: http://www.nrlmry.navy.mil/tc_pages/tc_home.html https://www.fnmoc.navy.mil/PUBLIC/OTIS/otis.html Have they gone off line? My browser supports 128 bit encryption, and all recommended settings (SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0) are marked, so that shouldn't be the problem.
