Brussels on Thursday 22 April - all times are local
Thunder on the cold front moving up from France reached Brussels around 01.00 on Thursday morning http://imkpc3.physik.uni-karlsruhe.de/pics/Rsfloc3.gif . I heard just a few rumbles before I went to sleep. Early cloud soon broke to give a fairly sunny morning but it was clouding over again by midday. Cloudy afternoon with spots of rain after 16.00. Steady rain for a couple of hours after 17.00 but dry again with bright intervals - and a rainbow - just before dusk. Light NW to NNW wind. Brussels Uccle 17.2°C - overnight minimum 11.7°C - and 2 mm rain. Brussels Airport 17.3°C - overnight minimum 11.9°C - and 6 mm.
