Default Lifted

Hi, Seems like the lifted index is very high for the West of the country on
Tuesday (current)
http://www.wetterzentrale.de/pics/Rtavn11411.gif but East of the country
looks pretty low.
I wonder if this is in direct response to the high pressure?

Lifted looks pretty high for the west most of next week.
Could this mean "Severe Thunderstorms in the West?
