23.2 degrees today, making it the warmest day of the year (so far!) in
Penzance. Even north coast cliff tops (like St Mawgan near Newquay) have reached 21 degrees. Also 10th consecutive dry day. We missed most of the early May rainfall. Graham Penzance Holiday Cottage www.easterling.freeserve.co.uk Penzance Weather www.easterling.freeserve.co.uk/weather.html |

After a day of hot sunshine, little cloud and little or no wind. "Graham Easterling" wrote in message ... 23.2 degrees today, making it the warmest day of the year (so far!) in Penzance. Likewise at Guildford with 22.4c I'm rather surprised I'm reporting temps so similar to those much lower and normally 3 to 5C warmer. 23.4 is rather warm for up here. Generally speaking you can count the number of days above 20C in a month with the fingers of one hand, that includes the months of July and August... -- Cheers Dave. pam is missing e-mail |
