How 'far south' is the current jetstream

I've seen quite a few mentions that the current 'more southerly'
Atlantic jetstream is causing the so-so July we seem to be having.

Could anyone put a figure on exactly how much further south the
jetstream is than normal.

With this is mind - is there anyone (Philip Eden!!!) who knows what
the summer has been like so far in the Charente region of France.

Cheers,

Scott

Up to the end of June you'll find all the data you need at

Having just got back I can tell you exactly what this month
has been like so far: cool and unsettled just like here.
Several days with a max of just 18 or 19, one night as low
as 4, and I put the central heating on on three days. I
believe, though, that it changed back to normal the moment
I left.
