Default [WR] South Bucks - some rain at last

A bit of useful rain last night and at first this morning. 9.2mm in the
24 hours to 0900z. This makes a total of 9.7mm for the whole rainfall
event, pretty paltry compared to many other parts of the country. At
least it has freshened the grass up a bit.
