Default Frances - 939 mb

Frances is still intensifing with central pressure of 939 mb which
must be the lowest pressure for some time. Its verging on a cat 5 with
wind speeds 120 knots gusting 140 knots and heading for the florida
area. Another mass evacuation on the way I expect.
