Default [WR]Torrential rain in South Bucks

I've just experienced some of the heaviest rain I have ever seen in this
country. According to the Davis VP 9.6 mm fell in just over 4 minutes
from 1830 BST, with a maximum rate of 236 mm/hour. The rain was
accompanied by one loud clap of thunder.
