Going by what happened in france yesterday
storms developed in nw france, but died out. There is a patch of cloud developing in north france and with the current track of the cold front, could push any storms ne towards se , s england. There is also a possibility of home grown. But at this time its a slim chance its best to keep an eye on developments yourself and make your own mind up ![]() |

![]() I say there was a chance from what I have been watching this morning.. I am just getting the cameras ready to go out and see what I can get of the ones to the west of me. But I am also watching what is developing to the South of me in the hope that will build . An impressive (i.e. colourful) map - especially around NW England !. Terry |

The meteorologica map for the last hour has a band of activity approx 50 miles wide and 200 long over NW England. We've had a couple of rumbles and gentle rain within the last hour. We are just on the top/tail edge of that active region. -- Cheers Dave. Nr Garrigill, Cumbria. 421m ASL. pam is missing e-mail |

It was looking good though. Steve -- "The UK SpeedTrap Guide" @ http://www.ukspeedtraps.co.uk "The UK Weather Guide" @ http://www.ukstorms.com |
