Horseshoe and reported ground frozen above 600 metres. At 18:00 :- Sky clear. Temperature 4.1°C, falling from a max of 9.1°C at 13:30. Dew point 0.3°C Wind 1 mph, gusting to 4 mph, NNE. Max gust 17 mph, NE, at 00:45. Barometer 1027.31 mb steady.
