Default Snow - But not settling

Have they had any snow down there? I'd have thought Anita would have
popped up if anything significant had occurred.

I went shopping in Penrith on Monday and there was very little sign of
any snow in Melmerby and nothing at all by Langwathby (took some
"after the flood" photos at Langwathby Bridge) or around Penrith.

Currently: -3.6C F0 --

(Little jump in air temp at 2130ish, it was below -6C)
