As I understand it, on Fri, 04 Mar 2005 02:32:58 +0000, David Mitchell
reported this: I was most surprised to see the pictures of snow in the SE, on BBC News. Was there a degree of exaggeration there in the reporting? I'll leave it for the guys from Kent to comment. It's just that watching them dig out a Land Rover from the snow of no great depth was slightly unbelievable. (Speaking as an owner previously). I did think it was a little OTT, especially if they could switch the vehicle into 4-wheel drive.... |
